The fact that it connects with your phone so you can hear music of your own is a very nice touch. Feels like youre at the spa. I had it on last night and actually knocked out. However, upon waking up it wasn’t so much fun as I felt the pressure of prolonged exposure. Either way this device is amazing.

So I own two of these devices and here’s the deal with this one. Besides the awful attempt at English when you power it on or off. It needs nothing but to message, I don’t need a welcome or goodbye message. Nor do I need a sound clip that’s looped over and over. (This can be silenced by double tapping the power button). I like the heat which is the one thing the other eye messaged I have is missing. I feel like the mechanisms that are messaging are set a little high, I know everyone’s face is shaped differently but I feel it applying the pressure more to my eyebrow. Also when the temp pressure is applied it feels like it’s pushing the whole device upward and away from applying the pressure where needed. Last there are these weird intermittent vibrations and last a millisecond. Rather they made the vibrations constant or didn’t include them at all. The other eye messaged I have addresses all of my problems with this one except it’s missing the heat function, instead of a clip of a tune on repeat it has white noise sounds l, it’s completely centered on my eyes and doesn’t have the burst vibrations the hit out of nowhere.

This product arrived at my door during that time and it was a huge relief. It really made my head and eyes feel soothed and more relaxed. The massage and heat function did something I could not achieve with other products. It is easy to use and comfortable to wear. I really enjoy sitting back with this on and listening to a podcast. I am very pleased with this product and use it regularly.

The music is soothing and sort of masks the motor sound but can be some what loud too which you can turn off. I love this this and would recommend. Would also gift for people that massages help them relax. Also, it has an adjustable strap to fit all head sizes. Good weight to it but not heavy either.

Very Easy to use smooth , comfortable and relaxing massage for stressed eye.Options/buttons are easy to use and switch modes.Voice commands with response back feature is great , can be attached to phone blue tooth to listen music.Customer care is quick and prompt response if there are issue’s.

While its comfortable and relaxing, unfortunately it’s a little complicated to set up and use. It’s supposed to be able to play music from your phone, over Bluetooth connection. Unfortunately I’ve yet to get it to function with any music. My phone connects to it, but no music plays or vibration to the beat of the music. Instructions are pretty limited, too. While it’s an interesting technology and is comfortable, I can’t recommend it.

Unfortunately, I have inflammation around my left eye and am currently taking very painful antibiotic ointment for it, so I don’t know when I’ll be able to use my eye massager again. I’m mentioning this because I want to highlight how important eye massager hygiene is.The great thing about this eye massager is that the part that touches your eyes is faux leather. Unlike fabric, faux leather can be wiped down with an antibacterial wipe after each and every use. I didn’t do this and now one of my eyes is going through the kind of pain I thought was only reserved for toothaches. Please, wipe down the part that touches your eyes and keep enjoying your eye massager.

It’s nice, comfortable and relaxing on the eyes. It heats up to 107F at a comfortable level.The Smart Eye Massager is equipped with English Voice Prompt. I had a hard time understanding at times. It is a nice feature to have so you don’t have to take off the mask to switch to a different massage mode. I also like that it has a built-in battery making it very convenient and portable. No need to carry around a battery pack or use it near an outlet.The Smart Eye Massager is easy to use after reading the manual. The eye massager automatically plays music and it is quite loud. There is no option to lower the volume. Either on or off. It was easy to turn off the music thou (double click).
