To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. The packaging should not be damaged in a way that affects its ability to be resold.

• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products

How to Initiate a Return

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
• Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Flash Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Flash sale items are typically not refundable.

Exchanges
